It's time to come out with the big boys and big-sert saved the motor I was working on! A customer brought me a HD evo motor that had somehow bent a push rod. My guess would be "bad pushrod adjustment". anyway I Had to cut the pushrod out and pull the head. All the studs had been time serted and one had pulled out. I did a thorough inspection of the other serts and they were fine. I used one big sert on the pulled stud installed new lifters (just in case) and checked the cam timing. Then put it back together adjusted the push rods so they were done right.the cust picked it up and so far so good
