I bought one of these chairs for my autistic kid, and wound up donating one to the SPED class at her school. The seat being so deep makes it a lot safer for the kindergarten classes. It spins very well and is really high quality. I had no trouble putting it together. My daughter spins on hers nonstop, and it's been such a huge addition for regulation.When I was in the pick up line one day, the SPED teacher caught up with me asking where I had gotten it. Apparently it has become the most popular item in his classroom and kids have gotten into fights over it. He had to buy more, and agreed with me that the bucket seat was a necessity to avoid flying off or pinching fingers. So yeah, it was loved too much and resulted in kids getting into fights. Oops.
