I have this policy for my DJI Mini Pro 3 which was broken beyond repair and they fully reimbursed my purchase. The Asurion website is lacking in a few key areas which made me a little concerned about the legitimacy of the service when I went to file my claim but I was wrong, they're great.They couldn’t fix my drone so they refunded me the cost through a gift card I was able to get another one they’re legitI haven’t used it yet and hopefully won’t have to, but I like how it was sent directions my email box for safer keeping. I seem to alway misplace things like this.I bought this warranty to go with a 3 in 1 pool table. I’m glad I did because the pool table only had a 90 day warranty. I got the pool table for my 13 year old son and opted for the 3 year warranty. The other reviews of using the warranty are positive so I hope that my experience will be positive as well. I can only reviews it’s relevance to me so far and not it’s use but I think it’s a good peace of mind to have.Don’t buy itNever did a thing for a $1000 Arrma Kraton 1/5 8s badly made chassis that breaks with normal ware and tareHaven't needed to use the protection plan at this time so I am not for sure how well it works.This is a reliable and affordable way to protect your purchase. Asurion is easy to work with. Others may have had issues, but I have not. I buy these protection plans for peace of mind and it's worth it.Seems like a good value. Will know if I ever have to use it.
